Mutual Transfer Platform
AtoZMINES is launching a dedicated Mutual Transfer Platform to help employees
of mining PSUs and government companies connect and exchange job locations based on mutual
agreement. Whether it's SCCL, CIL, NLC, or other units โ this tool will simplify location swaps
for those working in remote or outstation mines.
Employees in similar roles and departments will be able to express mutual interest for transfers through verified listings. All swaps will be processed according to the internal policies of each organization and will be purely based on consent and eligibility.
The initiative is designed to promote employee satisfaction and work-life balance by allowing transfers closer to home or preferred zones, helping families stay connected while keeping mines efficiently staffed.
