| Description | Description Khanij Bidesh India Limited (KABIL), New Delhi, invites applications for the engagement of Young Professionals in the areas of Geology/Mining, Business Development, and Legal for specific and time-bound assignments. Only candidates with the prescribed qualifications will be considered. Number of Posts: Young Professional (Geology/Mining): 2 Young Professional (Business Development): 2 Young Professional (Legal): 1 Upper Age Limit: 32 years (as on last date of application) Qualifications: Geology/Mining: BE/B.Tech or Master’s degree in Mining/Geology/Mineral Processing or equivalent Business Development: MBA/PGDM or equivalent Legal: BE/B.Tech in any discipline with LLB or BA-LLB or equivalent Experience: 0–3 years or more in relevant fields Job Description: Young Professionals will provide high-quality inputs in areas such as Mining/Geology, Business Development, Market Research, International/Business Law, data collection, analysis, technical reports, presentations, and other tasks assigned from time to time. Period of Contract: Initially one year, extendable up to three more years (yearly basis) based on performance and requirement. No right to absorption in the company. Remuneration: ₹70,000/month for first and second year ₹75,000/month for third and fourth year Other Terms: No separate allowances (HRA, conveyance, etc.) TA/DA for official travel as per E1 Grade 08 days leave per year (pro-rata); no carry forward Income tax/TDS deductions as per rules Contract may be terminated with one-month notice or immediately for misconduct/unsatisfactory work Confidentiality agreement required Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for suitability test/personal interview. No TA/DA for appearing in interview.
